Check & Enrich: Intended for couples who are seriously dating, married or common-law, and wanting to maintain and enrich their time together. Check & Enrich is a comprehensive package which includes a scored relationship inventory used to provide professional guidance and feedback by your facilitator over multiple sessions.   

Restore & Renew: An individualized program for established, but struggling couples. A registered marriage and family therapist will help navigate the difficult challenges in your relationship, helping couples to reconnect and solidify their relationships.
